November Mini 1 - TOYS FROM TRASH

MINI #1:
TOYS FROM TRASH
MARILYN KEURAJIAN

Come make a fun toy that blends the beauty of Japanese Temari, the simplicity of Mexican God’s Eye and the great feeling of keeping some useful fiber out of the landfill. We will take a couple of old socks, a couple of small balls of yarn and a tapestry needle and make these simple hand balls. This activity is a great camping or road trip craft for any age and does not involve any screen time. Bring one or two worn socks and tiny amounts of yarn you may have laying around; Marilyn will provide the needle and the instructions.

Materials fee: None. Class size: 12.
