Sharon was an experienced weaver for over 20 years before she tried a rigid heddle loom. She thought “Why bother if I have two floor looms at home?” Sharon hopes to share with you her love for the rigid heddle loom and some of the possibilities that await you with a portable loom.
 
Participants can bring their own rigid heddle looms if they have one. If bringing a loom,  participants need to warp it at home with their yarn of choice, and bring the following items: 2 stick shuttles, 2 pick-up sticks, scissors, and a tape measure. Participants will also have the option of trying Sharon’s looms. Sharon has 5 rigid heddle looms that she will bring to the workshop.
