The Guild rents Weaving and Spinning Equipment for the
time between State Meetings. Any member who has been a member of
the Guild for at least a year may rent Guild equipment. First-year
members may rent equipment but are required to be sponsored by a Guild
member in good standing.
Typically the rental period is two
months, the period between State meetings. If the equipment is not
in demand, the renter can choose to re-rent and pay the monthly fee for
the additional rental period. The summer rental period is May to
September; there is a special summer rate for most equipment.
Three of the looms, the Ashford tapestry loom, LeClerc Artisat and the
Purrington, are available for long-term rental, Sept to May, at a lower
rate. Please contact the Guild rental coordinator

Weaving and Spinning Equipment may be rented by members only for the
time between State Meetings. A rental requires 2 checks, one for the
deposit and one for the rental. Requests must be made at least one
week prior to the State Meetings. Equipment not reserved by this time
can be re-rented by the current renter.
Deposits will be refunded once the equipment has been inspected and
found to be complete and in good condition.
